How does laser therapy work?

For laser therapy, a therapeutic laser is used to stimulate cells and transfer energy to them. It can help reduce inflammation, stimulate wound repair and alleviate pain. Laser therapy is generally used as a tool in pet rehabilitation and physiotherapy.

When can laser therapy be used to treat my pet?

Laser therapy is recommended for most issues involving pain or inflammation or problems resulting in wounds. Some examples of when it can be used are on open wounds, fractures, osteoarthritis, swelling, muscle or ligament injuries, etc.
